We are currently seeking a hands-on, results-driven Marketing Associate to join our Financial Advisory team. The individual will join our NA Marketing team based in Chicago, Morristown, NJ or New York and will be responsible for managing marketing campaigns including events, thought leadership and digital projects. This role requires a high level of organization, attention to detail, excellent written, strong interpersonal and communication skills and an ability to work with stakeholders and vendors. The prospective candidate should have a minimum of 3-5 years of marketing experience, ideally in the professional services sector.
This position will be hybrid to any of the following locations Chicago, Morristown or New York.
Day-to-day responsibilities:
- Serve as marketing support for Kroll’s Financial Advisory practice across North America. Support marketing leaders to plan, execute and manage integrated Marketing activities that are aligned to strategy and plan.
- Leverage technology for effective project management and execution, including Monday.com, Salesforce, Eloqua and the full Microsoft Office Suite
- Work with our investment banking and transaction advisory teams to manage M&A deal announcement strategy.
- Manage and execute events across North America including hosted, sponsored and virtual events.
- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns with the internal Integrated marketing team including web, SEO, social media, and digital advertising.
- Ensure all marketing efforts are in compliance with brand guidelines.
- Ensure all marketing initiatives are strategic, determine success metrics, develop best approach to achieve goals and measure performance.
- Demonstrate technical expertise in the development and execution of global
internal email campaigns. - Assist with maintaining the marketing budget
by submitting invoices, tracking expenditures and reconciliation. Support the analysis of marketing initiatives to measure performance. - Monitor financial industry trends and news and suggest thought leadership that
elevates client conversations. - Enforce the Kroll communications guidelines across all marketing and communication materials.
- Work autonomously, as well as within teams, depending on the project.
Qualifications:
- BS in Marketing or Journalism
- Minimum of 3-5 years of marketing experience, with a proven ability to plan and deliver activities across a broad range of channels and audiences. B2B or professional services marketing experience preferred.
- Superb written, copy editing and oral communication skills. Strong project management skills with experience with project management systems (i.e. Monday.com)
- Time management and prioritization skills, ability to work well under pressure.
- Strong interpersonal skills, a team player capable of collaborating across a global organization.
- An additional European language would be advantageous.

The current salary range for this position is $50,000 to $90,000
