RESPONSIBILITIES:
The C&DR Intern will primarily work closely with the Infrastructure & Solutions Architect’s and Engineer’s on projects but will also participate in BAU support where required. Out of hours work will be required to complete some projects or system updates, these responsibilities are shared within the team.
Knowledge Base Management: Assist in cleaning up and formatting knowledge base articles to ensure consistency and accuracy across the board.
Employee Survey Analysis: Help assess employee surveys, identify key areas for improvement, and provide actionable insights to enhance employee satisfaction and engagement.
Data Analysis: Utilize strong data analysis skills to interpret survey results and other relevant data.
REQUIREMENTS:
Currently pursuing a degree in Computer Science, Cyber Security, Information Systems, Data Engineering, or a closely related technical field
Graduation date between December 2026 and September 2027
Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Strong Excel skills for data analysis and reporting.
Basic understanding of IT Service Management principles and practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
