RESPONSIBILITIES:

We currently require an intern, who will work closely with the Investigations, Diligence and Compliance team. The position will be located in our Toronto office (with hybrid working model)

  • Data input, preliminary financial analysis and document management

  • Preparation of working papers and supporting schedules

  • Conduct research using subscribed databases, the internet and public domain tools

  • Research, review and analyze various industries

  • Assist with various investigation, forensic accounting and due diligence tasks

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Currently pursuing undergraduate or graduate degree at an accredited US college or university

  • Major GPA of at least 3.5

  • Native or equivalent English language proficiency in reading comprehension

  • Expected to graduate date of December 2026 – December 2027

  • Extremely strong English-language writing skills

  • Ability to prioritize several projects and assignments on multiple topics while meeting tight deadlines

  • Ability to conduct online research using various primary and secondary sources

  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, collaborative environment

  • Ability to understand, accept and apply constructive feedback
