We are currently seeking a hands-on, results-driven Marketing Associate to join our Expert Services Risk Advisory team in Mumbai. The individual will join our marketing team and will be responsible for supporting marketing initiatives and campaigns including events, thought leadership and digital projects. This role requires a high level of organization, attention to detail, excellent writing, strong interpersonal and communication skills and an ability to work with stakeholders and vendors. The prospective candidate should have experience in the professional services sector. This role requires strong project management skills, attention to detail, and a collaborative mindset to drive results across diverse marketing initiatives. Work autonomously, as well as within teams, depending on the project. This role is based in our Mumbai office and works in Hybrid work mode in 2pm – 11pm shift.

The day-to-day responsibilities include but are not limited to:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support Kroll’s Expert Services practice, by assisting in planning, executing, and managing integrated marketing activities aligned with strategic goals.
  • Utilize technology tools like Monday.com, Salesforce, Teams, and Microsoft Office Suite for efficient project management and execution.
  • Strong project management and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple marketing initiatives simultaneously.
  • Support the planning and execution of EMEA-wide events, including hosted, sponsored, and virtual formats.
  • Lead pre- and post-event meetings with the sales team to ensure follow-up actions are aligned, setting up campaigns in Salesforce and reporting on results.
  • Manage digital marketing campaigns in coordination and partnership with the integrated marketing team (web, SEO, social media, digital ads).
  • Ensure compliance with Kroll’s brand guidelines across all marketing efforts.
  • Develop and measure key success metrics for all initiatives to ensure strategic alignment and performance.
  • Create content for global emails, demonstrating expertise in content development and email execution, including inputting into list selection and targeting criteria.
  • Assist in budget management by submitting invoices, tracking expenditure, and reconciling expenses. Support performance analysis of marketing initiatives.
  • Collaborate with marketing and business teams to generate topics for webinars, virtual events, conferences, and sponsorships.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred.
  • Minimum of 3+ years of marketing experience, with a proven ability to plan and deliver activities across a broad range of channels and audiences. B2B or professional services marketing experience preferred.
  • Superb written, copy editing and oral communication skills. Strong project management skills with experience with project management systems (i.e. Monday.com)
  • Exposure and working knowledge of Salesforce and marketing automation tools is an asset
  • Time management and prioritization skills, ability to work well under pressure.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, a team player capable of collaborating across a global organisation.
  • Passion for marketing and driving business results.
  • Experience working with sales team.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with high energy and a positive attitude.
  • Ability to prioritise projects and thrive in a fast paced, multi-tasking environment.
