Talent Acquisition Specialist

Are you passionate about people, universities and building strong talent pipelines at different career stages? Join Kroll’s Global Talent Acquisition team and play a key role in attracting great talent across EMEA!

At Kroll, we help our clients find clarity in the most complex governance, risk and transparency challenges. Behind that impact is great talent — and that’s where you come in. As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you’ll primarily focus on early careers recruitment, working closely with universities, students and hiring managers, while also supporting experienced‑hire recruitment for selected roles across the business. You’ll deliver a standout candidate experience from first contact to offer acceptance.

You’ll be part of a collaborative, global and well‑established TA team, where ideas are welcomed, initiative is valued and no two days look the same. If you enjoy being busy, building relationships and making things happen, you’ll feel right at home.

Navigating Responsibilities

  • Manage the end‑to‑end recruitment lifecycle, with a strong focus on interns and graduates, and support experienced‑hire roles as needed
  • Build and deliver early careers attraction strategies, including campus events, workshops, presentations and assessment centres
  • Develop strong relationships with careers services, student societies and target universities across EMEA
  • Partner closely with hiring managers on both early careers and selected professional hires, acting as a trusted recruitment advisor
  • Coordinate and run assessment centres, working with internal scheduling teams and hiring managers
  • Conduct initial interviews and manage video interview processes, presenting well‑calibrated candidate shortlists
  • Track and manage candidate data accurately in the applicant tracking system, delivering key hiring metrics and insights

The Ideal Candidate

  • 1–3 years’ experience in Talent Acquisition
  • Exposure to end‑to‑end experienced‑hire recruitment is an advantage, but not essential
  • A strong organiser who can juggle multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment
  • A confident communicator who enjoys building genuine relationships with candidates and stakeholders
  • Comfortable working across countries and cultures, with a global mindset
  • Strong presentation, analytical and event management skills
  • Bachelor’s degree required; experience in professional or financial services is a plus
  • Experience using an ATS (ideally Oracle Recruiting Cloud)
