Assist in developing financial models, including discounted cash flow (DCF), market comparables, and development feasibility models. Gather data relevant to each engagement through client communication, property site visits, market research, and competitor analysis. Contribute to the preparation of clear, well‑structured valuation reports, presentations, and supporting materials. Collaborate with team members to ensure accurate and timely execution of project deliverables.
Bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, Economics, Tourism Economics/Science, or a Master’s degree in Real Estate Management. Basic understanding of valuation models, appraisal approaches, and market research techniques. Solid computer skills, including proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel. Proficiency in English, both written and spoken. Strong analytical, critical‑thinking, and problem‑solving abilities with attention to detail. Interest in Hospitality Management Business Plans (BP) and the ability to contribute to their development under the guidance of senior team members. Demonstrated ability to learn quickly, adapt, and take initiative when required. High level of integrity, reliability, and professionalism. Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks, handle multiple assignments, and work effectively within a dynamic team environment. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with sensitivity toward diverse communities. Proven team player, able to collaborate effectively and contribute positively to the team.
