Degree in engineering, business, or economics. CFA, CPA, WP, StB or similar credentials preferred. 8+ years in valuation, financial reporting, and capital markets. Proven leadership in client management and team development. Strong decision-making and analytical skills. Industry-specific insight and strategic thinking. High integrity, professionalism, and business growth mindset. Excellent communication across diverse audiences. Experience in multicultural and cross-functional teams.
