Our Fixed Asset Advisory Services (FAAS) practice provides fixed asset inventory reconciliation, management, and property insurance appraisal.
Navigating Responsibilities
- Visiting client facilities, discussing with clients, including face-to-face meetings, to gather data and information pertinent to the engagement.
- Investigating and developing analyses to estimate the value for tangible assets for insurance and financial purposes.
- Contributing to the delivery of accurate, supportable and unbiased valuation conclusions
- Reporting and presenting analyses and conclusions including written reports and online dashboards.
- Contributing to the development of software and digitalization of products and in-house modelling.
- Traveling is required for the position.
The Ideal Candidate
- Current Degree Pursuit: Pursuing a Bachelor's or Master’s degree in engineering (Industrial Engineering preferred)
- Building construction or plants and machinery knowledge
- Task Prioritization: Prioritize tasks in a collaborative team environment.
- Analytical Thinker: Detail-oriented thinker with quick evaluation skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills that help represent diverse communities
- Tech-Savvy: Strong Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skills.
- Languages: Proficiency in spoken and written English
