Review publicly available records, corporate documents, disclosures and filings. Cross‑verify information from multiple sources to ensure accuracy. Maintain organized and traceable documentation for each assignment.
Prepare structured, concise and well‑written diligence reports and research summaries. Present key observations clearly, with supporting evidence wherever necessary. Assist in preparing internal briefs, presentations and project notes.
Finance, Commerce, Economics Analytics, Statistics, Data Science Law / Legal Studies Business Administration or similar disciplines
Strong analytical thinking, problem‑solving ability and attention to detail. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to conduct structured research and synthesize large volumes of information. High level of integrity, discretion and professionalism. Comfortable working with data, spreadsheets and online information sources. Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment, both independently and collaboratively.
Exposure to real‑world assignments in diligence, compliance and business intelligence. Experience working with industry‑leading databases and research tools. Skills in data analysis, OSINT research, information validation, and professional report writing. Mentorship and learning opportunities with experienced IDC professionals.
