Kroll Scholars Program
At Kroll, our power is in our people, and we believe in investing in great talent from day one. That’s why we developed The Kroll Scholars Program: to provide the leaders of tomorrow with training, mentorship and real-life work experience to prepare them for an even brighter future—no matter where their career takes them.
Starting in a student’s first year at college, the Kroll Scholars Program connects students from underrepresented communities with Kroll experts across a variety of our service lines, introducing them to the complex, challenging projects that we do to support our diverse client base around the world. Scholars are provided mentorship and professional development throughout each stage of the program, arming themselves with the skills and techniques needed for fulfilling careers while forming valuable relationships with Kroll’s global network of leaders.
Kroll Scholars progress incrementally each year, building up towards Internship recruitment for third year Scholars, preparing them for full-time roles at Kroll post-graduation.
