RESPONSIBILITIES:

As a Project Manager, you report to the Project Management Office. You will manage the entire lifecycle of a security program for medium and enterprise sized clients. You will work with internal and external stakeholders throughout various stages of the project lifecycle, thereby driving programs forward to completion on-time, on-budget, and on-scope.

  • Manage the entire lifecycle of a security project for medium and enterprise size clients.
  • Develop, maintain, and present project artifacts including Kick Off, Status Update, Budget Summary and Project RAID log
  • Effectively communicate and resolve project risks and delays both internally and externally
  • Staff engagements by balancing consultant skills, utilization, and career aspirations with project requirements and margin, without impacting the quality of delivery
  • Work with Directors at Security Compass to align on revenue forecasts and new service opportunities

REQUIREMENTS:

  • PMP/CSM or equivalent experience delivering cybersecurity or cloud migration projects.
  • Experience managing multiple projects in parallel and prioritizing time and resources accordingly
  • An understanding of IT and information security principles, and a basic knowledge of standards and regulatory requirements for cyber security (GDPR, PCI-DSS, SOCII)
  • Strong interpersonal skills and a strong degree of comfort speaking with clients over the phone and videoconferencing 
  • Experience with project management software concepts, O365 suite of products
  • Ability to be highly productive with minimal oversight from senior management. Sets goals and drives to fulfilment. Takes responsibility for actions and outcomes
  • Bachelor’s degree or Masters (preferable)
