We are currently seeking a Global Executive Compensation Senior Manager to join our Human Capital team.

The Global Executive Compensation, Senior Manager, will play a critical role in managing all aspects of our equity and long-term incentive programs (LTIPs) globally. The successful candidate will have strong experience in LTIP / equity compensation design and administration, be comfortable working cross functionally with internal stakeholders – finance, legal, payroll and human capital – to manage all LTIP related events and processes, be detail oriented and quickly adaptable to new concepts and situations.  Responsibilities will include the equity register and capitalization table as well as full cycle equity awards management, compliance and design.

  • Manage the day-to-day administration of global LTIP plans, including grants, vestings, option exercises, tax withholding, and repurchases.
  • Maintain the equity register, capitalization table and pool balance.  Ensure all equity plan transactions are properly processed and reflected.
  • Perform monthly, quarterly and ad hoc reporting for management, executives, investors and board of directors.
  • Point of contact to manage equity-related inquiries from employees, executives, human capital, finance, tax and legal.
  • Provide audit support for quarterly reviews and year-end audits, as well as ensuring internal controls and procedures are operating efficiently.
  • Implement and maintain the equity management platform.
  • Improve equity-related procedures, policies and controls.
  • Manage global equity compliance reporting, including UK HMRC Securities filings.


  • Bachelor degree with emphasis on human resources, business, finance or related field.
  • 10+ years of experience including 5+ years of relevant experience managing broad-based LTIP / equity compensation programs.
  • Proactive and comfortable working in a dynamic environment.
  • Strong working knowledge of equity plans, various award types, taxation and terminology.
  • Experience implementing new equity management systems and processes, a plus.
  • Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills with ability to interact with and build relationships with stakeholders.
  • Strategic thought process to contribute to equity-related policies.
  • Flexibility, comfort and desire to dig in and work through the details.
  • Ability to manage confidential, sensitive information.

The current New York salary range for this position is $70,000 - $200,000
