We are currently seeking a hands-on, results-driven Marketing Specialist to join our North American & LATAM Risk Advisory marketing team. The individual will join our risk marketing team and will be responsible for supporting marketing campaigns including events, thought leadership and digital projects.  This role requires a high level of organization, attention to detail, excellent written, strong interpersonal and communication skills and an ability to work with stakeholders and vendors. The prospective candidate should have a minimum of 2 years of marketing experience, ideally in the professional services sector.

Key Responsibilities: 

  • Assist in supporting Kroll’s North America & LATAM Risk Advisory marketing initiatives by helping to plan, coordinate, and execute integrated campaigns that align with strategic goals.
  • Use tools like Monday.com, Salesforce, Microsoft Teams, and the Microsoft Office Suite to help manage marketing projects and maintain efficient workflows.
  • Support the coordination of multiple marketing activities by helping to manage timelines, prioritize tasks, and ensure deadlines are met.
  • Help organize and coordinate North America-wide events, including hosted, sponsored, and virtual events.
  • Assist with event logistics such as coordinating collateral shipments, managing swag inventory, and supporting vendor communication for conferences.
  • Participate in pre- and post-event meetings with the sales team to help track follow-up actions, support campaign setup in Salesforce, and assist in reporting results.
  • Work closely with the integrated marketing team to support the execution of digital marketing campaigns, including web, SEO, social media, and digital advertising efforts.
  • Help ensure that all marketing materials follow Kroll’s brand guidelines.
  • Support the development and tracking of key performance metrics to help evaluate the success and alignment of marketing initiatives.
  • Assist in creating content for global email campaigns, including supporting list selection, reviewing targeting criteria, and helping with execution in email platforms.
  • Provide support in budget tracking by submitting invoices, monitoring expenses, and assisting with budget reconciliations and performance reporting.
  • Collaborate with colleagues in marketing and the business to brainstorm and develop content ideas for webinars, virtual events, conferences, and sponsorship opportunities.
  • Bring strong attention to detail, time management, and a collaborative mindset to contribute to team success across various marketing projects. Be comfortable working independently or as part of a team, depending on the project needs.

This role requires strong project management skills, attention to detail, and a collaborative mindset to drive results across diverse marketing initiatives. The ability to work autonomously, as well as within teams, depending on the project is important. 

Qualifications:  

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred. 
  • Minimum of two years of marketing experience
  • Superb written, copy editing and oral communication skills. Strong organization skills with experience with project management systems (i.e. Monday.com) 
  • Exposure and working knowledge of Salesforce and marketing automation tools is an asset 
  • Time management and prioritization skills, ability to work well under pressure. 
  • Strong interpersonal skills, a team player capable of collaborating across a global organization. 
  • Passion for marketing and driving business results. 
  • Experience working with sales team. 
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with high energy and a positive attitude. 
  • Ability to prioritize projects and thrive in a fast paced, multi-tasking environment.
