Bookkeeping-
Perform bookkeeping function for AUREST including, where appropriate, the creation and adoption of new workflows in order to:
1. create efficiencies and accuracy with business processes
2. enhance the control environment.
As the practice develops, we will ask you to build and manage additional resources to supplement the bookkeeping function.
- Banking-
Create Master Account Authorities with the major banks and maintain relationships with key bankers.
- Statutory lodgements – ATO
Oversee and control the lodgement of BAS documentation and ensure any associated tax obligations are met on time.
- Statutory lodgements – ASIC
Oversee and control:
- the lodgement of all ASIC forms
- annual liquidator license obligations including compliance with Industry Funding Model filings
- Practice Management
1.Code opening and management (billing etc)
2. Weekly productivity reports
- Opportunities to expand
Assisting with other components of IPS as required, e.g. potential rollout of the creditor portal
