  • Preparar cronograma de alocação em projetos de profissionais de FII
  • Receber, enviar e controlar o envio e recebimento de documentos
  • Solicitar e acompanhar pagamentos enviados ao departamento Financeiro
  • Agendar compromissos junto a laboratórios, consulados, restaurantes e outros
  • Organização de arquivos.
  • Auxiliar na realização de pesquisas utilizando bases de dados, internet e ferramentas de domínio público.
  • Revisão e análise de documentos e e-mails.
  • Elaboração de relatórios
  • Contato com colegas internacionais quando aplicável.
  • Identificar novas necessidades e oportunidades, buscando o aprendizado constante e melhoria contínua

Requisitos:

  • Cursando nível superior com formação prevista 1º ou 2º semestre de 2023 nos cursos de:

Administração de Empresas ou Gestão (com concentração em Contabilidade, Finanças ou Economia), Contabilidade, Direito, Economia, Estatística, ou Finanças.

  • Habilidades de gerenciamento de tempo e organização
  • Priorizar tarefas e trabalhar em várias atribuições
  • Forte escrita e habilidades analíticas e capacidade de se comunicar com clareza
  • Conhecimentos de Microsoft Office, com experiência comprovada na utilização de Word, Excel e PowerPoint
  • Inglês avançado
  • Habilidades de comunicação escrita e verbal que ajudam a representar diversas comunidades
