Fixed Asset Advisory Services practice provides fixed asset inventory reconciliation, management and property insurance appraisal.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Develop expertise and assist Project Managers with real and personal property valuations for all purposes through comprehensive training.
• Assist Project Managers in fixed asset inventories for buildings, machinery and equipment, infrastructure, land, and land improvements.
• Develop knowledge of services Kroll provides and concepts relating to appraisal industry as well as accounting.
• Learn proprietary software and other valuation resources provided by company.
• Develop an understanding of accounting and insurance capital asset valuation, using the methodology and techniques defined from Brazilian and international standards.
• Maintain detailed documentation on all assignments.
• Develop weekly report hours and expenses.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

RESPONSABILIDADES:

• Desenvolver conhecimentos e auxiliar gerentes de projeto em avaliações de ativos imobilizados para todas as finalidades.
• Auxiliar gerentes de projeto em inventários de ativos fixos para edifícios, máquinas e equipamentos, infra-estrutura, terras e benfeitorias.
• Desenvolver o conhecimento dos serviços prestados pela Kroll e conceitos relacionados com a indústria de avaliação, bem como de contabilidade.
• Aprender sobre as ferramentas e recursos de avaliação e inventário disponibilizados pela Kroll.
• Desenvolver uma compreensão sobre contabilidade e avaliação de ativos, utilizando técnicas metodologias definidas pelas normas brasileiras e internacionais.
• Manter de forma organizada e detalhada toda a documentação e informações sobre os projetos executados.
• Elaborar quinzenalmente relatórios de horas e despesas.
• Executar outras tarefas relacionadas conforme atribuído.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Graduated (or studying) Engineering, Accounting or related technical fields.
• Knowledge in processes for defining Regulatory Remuneration Bases for electricity and/or sanitation companies.
• Strong skills with Microsoft Office and excellent oral and written communication skills. 
• Candidates should also be detail oriented and possess an ability to work on multiple tasks independently while effectively interfacing with people at all corporate levels.
• Willingness to travel is essential.
• Desirable knowledge of the English language

REQUISITOS:

• Formação (ou cursando) Engenharia, Contabilidade ou área técnicas afins.
• Conhecimentos em processos de definição de Bases de Remuneração Regulatórias para empresas de energia elétrica e/ou saneamento será um diferencial.
• Conhecimento na utilização do pacote Office e excelentes habilidades de comunicação oral e escrita.
• Os candidatos também devem ser detalhistas, e possuir uma capacidade de trabalhar em múltiplas tarefas de forma independente enquanto efetivamente interagir com as pessoas em todos os níveis corporativos.
• Disponibilidade para viagens constantes é indispensável.
• Desejável conhecimento do idioma inglês.
