The Senior Data Quality Analyst is supporting the lifecycle of data breach response services including data file process and email campaign management.  In addition, this position serves as a member of the operations team working with cross-functional teams to maintain a source of all service delivery communications for the practice.

RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Analyze and accurately format large sets of data to ensure successful processing and integration with Kroll’s internal systems and administrator/partner systems
  • Cross-train and provide coverage for the print production department
  • Initiate email campaign setup and ongoing management
  • Maintain file tracking systems and conduct routine audits to ensure data processing integrity of data provided by Kroll clients
  • Measure impact of content through data collection; generate reports; use data and research to improve content

  • Analyze error logs related to Kroll’s internal systems that feed Kroll and client databases to assist in recognizing trends that may cause errors and recommend possible solutions. Perform daily, weekly and/or monthly reporting tasks for Senior Management
  • Perform client and billing setup within Kroll’s proprietary web-based systems
  • Complete all tasks with a high degree of accuracy and efficiency

 

FUNCTIONAL AREA SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE:

  • Strong listening skills with an ability to translate client needs into actionable steps. 
  • Proactively communicate with all appropriate stakeholders regarding the client engagement.
  • Know and understand the internal processes within Kroll in order to educate the client on our processes, timelines and outcomes that affect their business.
  • Maintain a professional demeanor throughout all client interactions and when communicating with Kroll colleagues.
  • Represent Kroll’s products and services clearly, concisely, accurately and with a high level of integrity.
  • Establish and maintain documentation to ensure timely, consistent client contact and follow up.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills that help represent diverse communities
  • Experience working with diverse teams

REQUIREMENTS:

  •  Deep expertise with advanced Excel and data manipulation
  • Experience in VBA Scripting
  • Data cleansing and data manipulation
  • Excellent organizational and decision-making skills with demonstrated ability to prioritize 
  • A highly motivated team player and an organized, strategic thinker who is passionate about content and the industry
  • Adaptable, fast learner with an eye for details
  • Possess exceptional troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • Be detail and process oriented with demonstrated excellence in accuracy, service delivery, time management and prioritization
  • Education – Bachelor’s degree or equivalent is preferred although comparable experience will be considered in lieu of a degree. 
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (listening, verbal, written)
  1. Must demonstrate the ability to work collegially and effectively with staff at all levels of the practice
  2. Oral Communication - Speaks clearly and persuasively in positive or negative situations; listens and gets clarification; responds well to questions; participates in meetings.
