Program Associate, Cyber Risk

The (Program Associate) is a client support position and part of our Product Management department. The ideal candidate will be a constant advocate for client experience, working with Operations and Technology team members to design and implement the best user experience.

• Support the growth and management of commercial clients totaling $3.1M in revenue
• Manage client billing process and review invoices/bills for accuracy and timeliness
• Coordinate annual renewal and reconciliation of membership accounts
• Schedule, gather and prepare all necessary account information
• Design presentation materials for review during Quarterly Business Reviews with key accounts
• Coordinate monthly and quarterly reporting of key metrics for client and ensure timely delivery
• Analyze key metrics, and other internal data, tied to client accounts and watch for indicators of risk or opportunity for growth.  Present data to senior management.
• Act as an advocate for client experience, working with Operations and Technology team members to design and implement the best user experience
• Monitor client requests day-to-day, gathering information necessary to provide a timely response to questions, ensuring adherence to contractual SLAs
• Maintain master account list and support execution of strategy designed to demonstrate ongoing value to the account
• Conduct research to support growth of membership base and support existing client growth initiatives
• Coordinate and support the development of marketing materials to drive the growth of membership accounts and breach response, including monitoring milestones and deadlines, coordination with internal and external
• Support the establishment of strategic partnerships, by coordinating versions of legal documents, scheduling internal operations design and training sessions

• Bachelor’s degree
• Minimum 5 years of experience working with clients in a business to business environment
• Experience with identity theft or cyber security products and services preferred
• Process oriented and comfortable managing multiple workstreams in parallel
• Ability to efficiently telescope between strategic and tactical work
• Excellent time-management and project prioritization skills
• Superb communication skills, in both speaking and writing
• Flexible team player, with strong interpersonal skills and ability to work across the wider organization
• Highly skilled researcher
• Ability to synthesize large volumes of information
