Kroll is inviting applications for hiring a Senior Security Engineer I to join our high-performance team at Mumbai. They will pe a part of the team responsible for vulnerability management in Information Security projects. They will have the following responsibilities and requirements:


  • Develop integrations between various tools and our Vulnerability Management systems
  • Conduct vulnerability scans at the network, operating system, database, and application levels on both internal and external systems within the organizations enterprise
  • Configure, deploy, and maintain vulnerability scanning technologies
  • Ability to investigate, troubleshoot and resolve vulnerability scan failures due to various reasons
  • Conduct and support vulnerability metrics meetings with the senior leadership
  • Effectively communicate to senior leadership the risks associated with identified vulnerabilities
  • Identify gaps in current vulnerability management processes and recommend areas for improvement
  • Own and drive threat response plan for the organization and work closely with the Threat intelligence team
  • Ensure the asset inventory is up to date by gathering, populating and maintaining the same


  • Minimum 4-6 years of experience in technology engineering or security tool engineering role
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Information Security related positions
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field from an accredited college or university
  • Good English written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience with the Vulnerability Management Lifecycle
  • Strong research capability for understanding vulnerabilities and threats
  • Ability to plan and complete tasks with minimal oversight
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks across a range of projects, adjusting to shifting priorities
  • Excellent time management and organization skills
  • Strong personal integrity
  • Demonstrate commitment to obtaining outstanding results
  • Travel as needed in support of the Information Security program
  • Ability to manage confidential, sensitive information
