This is a mid-level supervisory position with potential for growth.  The ideal candidate will be a proactive critical thinker. Candidate must be detail oriented, work at a good pace, be able to work independently and willing to work long hours (as necessary).  Utilizes subject matter expertise to identify and perform quality assurance reviews and generate reports summarizing results.

  • Lead various ad-hoc projects or initiatives by gathering project requirements, working with Managing Consultant(s), Senior Consultant(s) and Director(s) to identify appropriate resource needs and track overall project progress through to timely completion (cross-functional engagement).
  • Prepare and review SOPs on make-shift or stopgap basis for ad-hoc projects. Lead related training sessions, address inquiries and resolve escalations regarding same.
  • Review and interpret complex legal documents or bankruptcy claims by conducting analysis to identify patterns in data population or data deficiencies.
  • Analyze work product of less experienced staff to ensure high quality processing and provide clear direction to remediate deficiencies.
  • Responsible for training less experienced Consultants on various inter-departmental tasks.
  • Serve as a backup to Senior Consultant(s) and fellow Managing Consultant(s) in their absence.
  • Assist with coordinating work activities with other supervisors, managers, and departments.
  • Identify and escalate operational challenges using defined processes and judgment.
  • Responsible for managing a team of Consultant(s) and review their performance and conduct

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 5+ years of operations experience with supervising teams, including analyzing the work product of less experienced staff and providing advanced training for direct and indirect reports
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills.
  • Understanding of data principals, reporting, and databases
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced deadline-driven environment
  • Proven problem-solving and analytical skills with an ability to approach a problem logically, systematically and with a high attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong organizational, multi-tasking, prioritizing, time-management, and decision-making skills
  • Experience leading projects or initiatives to improve operational performance
  • Ability to work independently and be self-sufficient with assigned tasks

Desired Qualifications

  • 2-3 years of Data service management and Quality assurance (QA) experience will be an added plus point.
  • Strong research skills
  • Ability to articulate issues, risks, and propose solutions to various levels of staff and management
  • Intermediate MS Word and PowerPoint Skills
