We are looking to hire a Coordinator to be a part of the Global Procurement team who will be involved in procurement, purchase order and purchasing card management.  


  • Purchasing
    • Assist the Procurement Lead with all stages of the procurement process and work cross-functionally with all internal and external teams
      • Manage the procurement inbox
      • Run monthly reports
      • Facilitate order replacements and returns
  • PO Management
    • Coordinate purchase order creation and maintenance with internal teams
  • Shipping
    • Review and audit invoices and coordinate payment with Accounts Payable
  • Amex P-Card Reallocation
    • Ensure all cardholders code monthly expenses and submit transactions for approval
    • Audit monthly receipt reports


  • Degree in Accounting or Finance with 1-2 years of experience
  • Strong understanding and working knowledge of Excel and Microsoft Office suite
  • Strong communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently and independently
  • Team player with experience working with virtual and remote staff members
  • Excellent organization skills
