RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Perform specific research tasks and analyze findings for scoping purposes, business development efforts or active investigations
  • Assist research team in performing database research and analysis on a variety of public information databases
  • Write summaries of media references to the subject or issue at hand
  • Perform litigation searches on a variety of databases, review court documents, summarize the dispute at hand and relevant case filings
  • Assist in conducting investigative interviews or monitoring tasks
  • Write summary reports based on public record or source inquiry findings
  • Manage all available resources in an innovative way to achieve best possible advantage within applicable budgets and timelines

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Currently pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree in international relations, journalism, business administration, accounting, economics, law, or other related areas of study student
  • Demonstrated accurate and thorough research capability
  • Demonstrated ability to write clearly and informatively; edits work for spelling and grammar; varies writing style to meet needs; presents numerical data effectively; able to read and interpret written information; meets set deadlines
  • Availability to work 30 hours per week
