This role will be supporting multiple projects providing various Cyber Security Services to clients across all industry verticals.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Creating and updating project plans for Kroll engagements (projects)
  • Project management experience 
  • Tracking of engagement (project) tracking to include assigned tasks, due dates for completion, and pro-active monitoring to include follow-up and related documentation.
  • Ensuring relevant documentation is kept up-to-date and distributed to team members as appropriate.  
  • Providing regular, summarized status roll-ups to assigned leaders (Engagement Managers)
  • Taking on other administrative and team support tasks/projects as needed and requested

REQUIREMENTS:

  • In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office packages to include Excel, Word, PowerPoint, OneNote
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills 
  • The ability to effectively multi-task in a high-pressure environment 
  • Extremely good organizational & time-management skills 
  • Experience using MS Teams
  • Joining calls as requested
  • Time management working with team members of a global Business Unit (Cyber) and service line (Digital Forensics and Incident Response), specifically a US-based team
