RESPONSIBILITIES:
We are seeking a proactive, critical thinker and detail-oriented individual with excellent communication skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word, who is willing to work long hours when necessary.
The Consultant will perform the following functions:
- Promptly and accurately execute noticing projects and prepare associated affidavits of service and exhibits and maintain related data.
- Create, import, and maintain creditor data and service lists.
- Input, analyze, maintain, and monitor claims data.
- Manage inquiry logs, including preparing and circulating inquiry logs to client and case professionals, promptly forwarding applicable escalations, and coordinating with Kroll Restructuring’s internal communications team.
- Communicate effectively with colleagues and managers.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Undergraduate degree or equivalent work experience
- 2-4 years’ experience with data management, principals and reporting
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced deadline driven environment
- Strong organizational skills
- Legal, financial or technology industry background a plus
