RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Partner with business to create innovative learning solutions and a curriculum to be deployed virtually and/or in person
- Develop innovative solutions to maximise current learning platforms (Linkedin Learning, 360 Learning, etc..)-
- Deliver professional, leadership and technical training as required across Kroll (5-10%)
- Be the global lead for specific LOD projects
- Actively participate in the planning, development, implementation and evaluation of global training coursework (both regionally and globally) such as the Kroll University and the Promote Program.
- Regularly interact with training content owners, Human Capital Business Partners, and key business leaders on training and professional development matters.
- Run team building events using psychometrics tools (training will be provided – experience highly desirable)
- Use psychometric tools like the Hogan for selective Talent development activities (training will be provided – experience highly desirable)
- Identify processes for improvement in daily work; and
- Complete ad-hoc projects as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Minimum 5-10 years’ experience in a training or learning environment
- Must have strong/proven facilitation skills on both technical and leadership fields
- Qualification in Learning/ CIPD preferred
- OD and psychometric qualification especially in MBTI and Hogan highly desirable
- Project management skills essential
- The ideal candidate would ideally have prior experience in the financial services or professional services (external consulting or public accounting) industries
- Experience in Professional services/FS (Big Four) highly desirable
- Strong facilitation skills
- Strong consulting skills
- Ability to think globally
- Highly collaborative
- Extraordinary verbal and written communication skills
- Flexibility for some travel
- Demonstrated ability to think outside the box and execute on key strategic learning initiatives
- Ability to manage multiple priorities with ever changing deadlines
- Strong business acumen and understanding of how learning can impact the overall organization
- Strong Excel, Word, PowerPoint skills
