RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Collaborate with the EMEA Head of Sales and other members of the Business Development and Operations teams in support of the existing, strategic accounts for the region.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets commencing FY21.
  • Contribute to the development of plans, with EMEA Head of Sales, which identify sales strategies, assess revenue potential, and outline targeted activities to maximize revenue opportunities.
  • Independently pursue both inbound enquiries and proactive engagement with new allocated relationships.
  • Actively support regional marketing events attended to drive new business.
  • Primary geographical regions for business development focus being BENELUX as well as other case-by-case opportunities.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets commencing FY21.
  • Contribute to the development of plans, with EMEA Head of Sales, which identify sales strategies, assess revenue potential, and outline targeted activities to maximize revenue opportunities and penetrate markets with Risk Solutions products and solutions for AML/Compliance.
  • Develop research analysis techniques to determine customer prospects where Risk Solutions can meet specific business needs.
  • Maintain a current understanding of competitors’ offerings and effectively sell the advantages of Risk Solutions offerings over those offered by competitors.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Prior sales experience in a B2B environment, ideally in the Compliance industry or where professional services have formed the focus of the transaction.
  • A consultative / advisory approach, as well as an ability to prioritize tasks through strong organizational and time management.
  • Enthusiasm, passion and a commitment to mutually successful outcomes for Kroll.
  • Proficient in Sales force.
  • Ability to quickly and effectively summarize information from multiple sources into concise analytical assessments.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Ability to prioritize several projects and assignments on multiple topics while meeting tight deadlines.
  • Customer-service orientation with a dedication to quality,
  • A demonstrable track record of exceeding sales targets will be desirable.
  • Written and spoken proficiency in other European languages desirable.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills that help represent diverse communities.
  • Experience working with diverse teams.
