Kroll is seeking a highly motivated Contract Administrator who is looking to join a fast-paced environment. The primary responsibilities are to manage and maintain client contracts to ensure our billings are current and accurate. The Contract Administrator will be responsible for liaising with various teams to ensure accurate invoicing, timely contract revisions, and drafting statements of work.

Responsibilities
- Partner with the sales team to understand client needs
- Draft complex statements of work for licensing and implementation of the Kroll Compliance Portal
- Partner with Kroll’s legal team to update and distribute statements of work
- Maintain all contracts and input data into Kroll’s contract management system
- Partner with the billing team to ensure all invoices are accurate
- Provide monthly reports to client managers related to contract expirations and application usage
- Plan and implement projects
- Help define project scope, goals and deliverables
- Track deliverables
- Monitor and report on project progress
- Present to stakeholders reports on progress as well as problems and solutions
- Implement and manage change when necessary to meet project outputs
- Evaluate and assess result of project
- Partner with the sales team to understand client needs
- Work independently on larger, moderately complex projects/assignments to include proposals and contracts
Requirement:
- Bachelor’s Degree (prefer Accounting/Finance)
- At least 2 years of demonstrated experience in an Accounting (or related) field
- Theoretical and practical project management knowledge
- Expertise in MS Excel, including complex formulas and functions, and VBA
- Proficient in MS Word, and PowerPoint
- Experience in strategic planning, risk management and/or change management
- Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) database preferred, experience with Salesforce highly preferred.
