RESPONSIBILITIES:

We are looking for a professional, capable, and motivated Practice Support Manager to provide proactive support to the office. We are looking for someone who enjoys being busy, has plenty of initiative, is confident, high energy and can hit the ground running.

  • Manage Teams site for practice and ensure bios, proposals, marketing materials, training materials, and similar items are well organized and kept up to date
  • Monitor key metrics and report to the leadership team on a regular basis
  • Supporting MDs and senior staff by providing diary management and managing expenses 
  • Administering and updating client details, opportunities, and projects within the internal systems
  • Formatting PowerPoint presentations for meetings, taking rough documents and helping to make them more “client ready”
  • Supporting project administration set-up and delivery, including client take on, document management, invoicing, and project administration
  • Assisting with drafting and formatting client proposals and letters of engagement
  • Organizing travel and producing travel itineraries, where needed
  • Supporting other team administrative activities, including resource tracker updates, meeting minutes, timecard submissions, holiday tracking and setting up team meetings
  • Supporting EAs by providing additional capacity for administrative duties
  • Any other tasks deemed necessary for the efficient running of the team

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Minimum of 5 years work experience in international trade field
  • Bachelors’ Degree or equivalent education background
  • Excellent time management skills
  • High level of organizational skills
  • Ability to juggle multiple tasks and remain calm under pressure
  • Well-developed interpersonal skills
  • Quick thinking, proactive and confident to work unsupervised using own initiative
  • Strong attention to detail and high levels of integrity
  • Good verbal and written communication skills
  • Familiar with using MS Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint
