Job Description

  • Leveraging Business Continuity (BC), Operational Resilience and Crisis Management (CM) experience, and working with the Kroll team for delivery of various Business Resilience projects.
  • Deliver though leadership and advise clients on BC and Operational Resilience and Crisis Management industry standards, best practice, and regulatory requirements.
  • Perform and deliver BC maturity assessments to client’s enterprise environment either in one-off engagements or as the client’s permanent partner
  • Taking ownership of BC projects and deliverables and assisting in strategy planning for delivering resilience related services as assigned
  • Create high quality BC policies including definition of governance
  • Perform Business Impact Analyses and Continuity Risk Assessments
  • Advise on suitable business continuity strategies and solutions, such as recovery sites, work-from-home, IT-DR and alternative modes of operation.
  • Assist clients to develop practical business continuity plans and comprehensive BC test and exercise plans
  • Develop and deliver Incident- and Crisis Management structures and immersive Crisis simulation exercises.
  • Producing accurate, high quality client reports and proposals
  • Staying up-to-date with relevant legislation, frameworks and industry trends
  • Coordinating and working closely with team members in other Kroll offices

Qualifications

  • Must have demonstrable experience of at least two years within Business Continuity and/or Crisis Management departments within medium to large organizations
  • Must be familiar with and understand standards such as ISO22301, the BCI Good Practices Guidelines, and various national and global regulatory requirements, guidance, and standards.
  • Be a hands-on practitioner when it comes to analyzing, assessing and managing risk
  • Strong communicative skills with excellent written and spoken English (knowledge of a second Asian language an advantage)
  • Able to work with people with different levels of seniority
  • Able to manage multiple projects on a daily basis
  • CBCI, MBCI, CBCP or other relevant certifications preferred
  • Working knowledge of cyber security topics
  • Willingness to travel
