The Director, Human Capital Business Partner will be the global Human Capital generalist to Kroll’s Cyber Risk business.  Reporting through to senior leadership, you will be working with the Cyber Risk leadership team in driving and spearheading HR initiatives for the business.

Responsibilities:

  • Aligning the people strategy across the business and drive the implementation of people processes to enable business performance
  • Interprets Human Capital and Company policies and ensures adherence to them.
  • Heavy emphasis on talent, global organizational development, mergers & acquisitions, engagement and culture
  • Oversee Mid-Year and Year-End Performance Management Program
  • Advise leaders as to base pay and incentive compensation adjustments and reviews
  • Assists in providing training and development programs related to Human Capital programs such as the Performance Management Program
  • Support of Human Capital Initiatives including retention strategies and mentoring
  • Coach senior management to become more effective leaders
  • Responsible for orienting individual employees and conducting exit interviews
  • Responds to and properly handles employee relations matters consistent with company policy guidelines
  • Assist with various Human Capital projects as assigned

Requirements:

  • 10+ years progressive human resources/human capital experience including employee relations
  • Four-year degree or equivalent in human resources/human capital, business or related field preferred
  • Proven leader with executive presence and astute commercial mind and the ability to effectively partner with business leaders, other areas of Human Capital and external vendors
  • Global Human Resources experience is critical and required
  • Extensive managerial experience and the ability to communicate complex principles effectively at all levels within the organization
  • Working experience in a highly matrixed international work environment will be a real asset for the role
  • Role would suit an individual who thrives in a fast paced, results driven environment and who works well in time critical situations
  • Understanding of and experience in a shared services environment
  • Strong project management skills/prioritization
  • Familiarity with employment contract structure and dynamics across various regions of the world
  • Strong stakeholder relationship management
  • Flexibility to travel
