Provide reports to Managing Directors, delegate tasks, and ensure timely completion. Manage client relations and liaise with clients, employees, agents, and solicitors. Build and maintain professional relationships, referring work and funding referrals as appropriate. Develop and implement comprehensive financing strategies or proposals. Validate and create strategic and financial business plans. Oversee operational and financial restructuring efforts. Conduct and supervise analysis of financing and capital issues. Oversee the development of financial models and liquidity forecasts. Provide expert guidance on valuation issues. Lead and manage mergers & acquisitions processes. Prepare and present market and sector analyses. Promote Kroll’s services by hosting and attending marketing events and seminars. Handle case-related correspondence and calls within acceptable timescales. Prepare budgets for new work, manage time costs, and billing. Pursue personal development for effective performance. Adhere to Kroll’s systems, policies, and Health & Safety requirements. Be willing to travel internationally.
A minimum of 10 years of work experience in consultancy, corporate finance, or accountancy. Strong financial, business analytical and report writing skills. Decisive and pragmatic approach to problem-solving. Excellent skills in Excel and PowerPoint. Excellent communication skills (written and spoken) in Dutch and English. Strong focus on collaboration, assertiveness, and the ability to handle stress well. Proven leadership and team management experience.
