Kroll is seeking a dynamic, sales-driven Alliance Relationship and Cyber Business Development Senior Manager individual to accelerate growth across our Cyber Data & Risk (CDR) practice. This role is central to how Kroll brings its Observe and Adapt (O&A) lifecycle to market—activating strategic alliances, expanding channel reach, and shaping go-to-market motions that generate measurable pipeline impact.

This leader blends strategic sales acumen, alliance activation, and market execution to unlock new revenue opportunities across enterprise and corporate segments. The role partners closely with Cyber leadership, the Enterprise Channel Leader, capability owners, technology vendors, and GTM teams to ensure O&A Lifecycle capabilities are effectively positioned, understood, and adopted in the market.

This role is a key pillar in how Kroll’s cyber practice shows up in the market. By merging alliance activation, lifecycle positioning, and sales strategy, this role ensures that Kroll’s O&A capabilities reach the right customers, through the right channels, at the right time—ultimately driving sustainable growth for the Cyber practice.

Core Responsibilities:

1. Alliance & Channel Sales Activation

  • Drive top-line growth by activating and expanding relationships with technology and channel alliances to create and influence pipeline across respective lifecycle offerings.

  • Support development of joint go-to-market initiatives—including campaigns, use cases, and co-selling pathways—to increase lifecycle solution adoption.

  • Represent Kroll at partner, customer, and industry events to elevate brand awareness and deepen alliance engagement.

  • Build and maintain trusted relationships with alliance field teams, CXO-level stakeholders, and internal capability leaders.

2. Observe & Adapt Lifecycle Business Development Alignment

  • Serve as a connector between lifecycle capability owners and the external market, ensuring alliance plays map effectively to service offerings.

  • Support solution development and packaging by coordinating with internal teams and technology vendors to bring O&A offerings to market.

  • Identify customer pain points and position O&A-aligned solutions to accelerate pipeline generation and revenue conversion.

3. Go-to-Market Coordination & Market Insights

  • Coordinate with enterprise and corporate sales teams to embed O&A offerings into account strategies and pursuit plans.

  • Produce strategic messaging for internal and external audiences.

4. Enterprise Channel & Field Support

  • Support execution of the CDR enterprise account strategy, acting as an extension of the Enterprise Channel Leader across US and EMEA.

  • Enable field teams with alliance messaging, lifecycle positioning, and co-selling guidance that increases win rates.

  • Support activation of enterprise channel initiatives defined by Cyber leadership.

5. Lifecycle Program Enablement

  • Drive rollout and adoption of lifecycle offerings across internal commercial teams and alliance partners.

  • Coordinate enablement materials, training sessions, and adoption metrics to ensure O&A readiness across the field.

  • Assist in shaping lifecycle solutions by collaborating with capability leaders and alliance stakeholders.

6. Pipeline Reporting & Strategic Insights

  • Own reporting cycles for alliance-influenced pipeline, lifecycle adoption, partner engagement activity, and GTM performance.

  • Drive tracking of KPIs to measure success across alliance-driven growth and transformation initiatives.

  • Deliver insights that guide operational improvements, investment decisions, and GTM strategy refinement.

7. Global & Regional Coordination

  • Ensure seamless coordination between US and EMEA teams across communications, planning, scheduling, and execution.

  • Support global alignment of enterprise account channels to ensure consistent engagement and impact.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree or cybersecurity/business certifications (CISSP, CISM, CISA) preferred.

  • 7–12 years of experience in cybersecurity sales, alliance/channel management, business development, or strategic GTM roles.

  • Demonstrated success driving revenue through alliances, channels, and technology ecosystem partnerships.

  • Strong understanding of cybersecurity services, frameworks, and enterprise sales motions.

  • Proven ability to influence senior stakeholders, shape GTM strategies, and execute across global teams.

  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills with strong executive presence.

  • Ability to operate in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment with high accountability and sound judgment.

  • High level of professionalism, integrity, and commitment to delivering exceptional client service.
