The Microsoft Dynamics Program Manager is responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of enterprise-wide Dynamics 365 initiatives, including Finance & Operations (F&O), Customer Engagement (CE), and related integrations and ISV’s. This role ensures alignment with business objectives, compliance standards, and technology governance while driving efficiency and scalability across global operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead end-to-end program management for Microsoft Dynamics implementations, upgrades, and integrations.

  • Define program scope, objectives, timelines, and resource plans in collaboration with stakeholders.

  • Ensure adherence to SDLC, ITGC, and audit requirements, including segregation of duties and deployment reviews.

  • Maintain documentation for compliance and regulatory standards (e.g., DCAA, SOX).

  • Act as the primary liaison between business units, technical teams, and vendors.

  • Facilitate workshops, status updates, and executive reporting to ensure transparency and alignment.

  • Partner with architects and functional leads to design scalable Dynamics solutions.

  • Oversee integrations with third-party applications (e.g., BlackLine, Bluefort, Avalara, Docentric, Kyriba, SK Global etc).

  • Identify risks early, develop mitigation strategies, and manage escalations effectively.

  • Drive process optimization, automation, and best practices for Dynamics usage.

  • Monitor system performance and user adoption, implementing enhancements as needed.

Qualifications:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, or related field (Master’s preferred).

Experience: 8+ years in ERP program management, with at least 5 years focused on Microsoft Dynamics 365. Proven track record of managing global implementations and complex integrations.

Skills: Strong knowledge of Dynamics 365 F&O and CE modules, Azure DevOps (ADO). Expertise in project management methodologies (Agile, Waterfall). Familiarity with compliance frameworks (SOX, DCAA) and IT governance. Excellent communication, leadership, and vendor management skills.

Certifications: PMP, PRINCE2, or Microsoft Dynamics certifications preferred.
