RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Researching target industries, market and competitor information
• Interviewing clients, including face-to-face meetings, to gather data and information pertinent to the engagement
• Working with management to build and maintain client relationships
• Identifying and communicating potential engagements to management
• Reporting and presenting analyses and conclusions including written reports
• Performing valuation of private equity and venture capital investments in a variety of industries. Experience with capital allocation models, such as OPM and PWERM, is preferred.
• Reviewing transaction agreements and capital structures to understand rights of different share classes.
• Performing business and intangible assets valuation engagements for fair value measurements and transactions
• Developing financial models for transaction and valuation engagements

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Accounting, MBA
• Minimum 1 year of valuation experience, preferably on valuation of private equity investments and financial instruments
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent computer skills such as MS Word and Excel
• Proficiency in spoken and written English and Mandarin

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills that help represent diverse communities
• Experience working with diverse teams
