Development of valuation analytics (income approach valuations, obsolescence calculations, etc.) Development and presentation of client valuation positions Review of assessor workpapers, models, and valuation inputs Meet with assessors in efforts to reach fair and equitable property tax valuations on behalf of clients Drive business development activities, both individually and a part of a team Assisting as needed in the oversight, management, and functions of property tax compliance – asset preparation, return/rendition preparation and review, tax bill processing, and management reporting
Bachelor’s degree in a business-related field or equivalent years of property tax related experience 6 years or more of relevant personal property tax compliance and/or advisory experience Excellent project management and presentation skills, including superior verbal and written communication skills Excellent relationship management skills and an entrepreneurial spirit Sound knowledge of personal property tax forms and procedures of various state and local jurisdictions Extensive experience in the use of Microsoft Excel Excellent relationship management skills and an entrepreneurial spirit
