As a Senior Manager, Investigations Diligence and Compliance - Specialist in Financial Crime Advisory, you will lead strategic initiatives to help clients prevent, detect, and mitigate financial crime risks. This role combines regulatory expertise, risk management, and technology-driven solutions to deliver high-impact advisory services.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
- Advisory & Strategy
- Design and implement financial crime prevention frameworks.
- Advise clients on AML, KYC, sanctions, transaction monitoring and regulatory compliance.
- Translate regulatory changes into actionable business processes.
- Risk Assessment & Compliance
- Conduct gap analyses and recommend enhancements to compliance programs.
- Oversee risk assessments, audits, and remediation plans.
- Ensure alignment with global and local regulatory standards.
- Project & Team Leadership
- Manage complex advisory projects and deliver high-quality outcomes.
- Lead and mentor teams, fostering professional growth and collaboration.
- Coordinate with regulators, auditors, and senior stakeholders.
- Innovation & Technology
- Utilize data analytics and emerging technologies to strengthen compliance.
- Identify automation opportunities for monitoring and reporting.
- Stakeholder Engagement
- Build trusted client relationships and act as a primary point of contact.
- Prepare and present reports to senior management and regulatory bodies.
Essential Traits:
- 6–10 years of experience in financial crime compliance or advisory.
- Strong knowledge of AML, CTF, sanctions, and fraud regulations.
- Proven leadership and project management experience.
- Certifications such as CAMS, CFE, or equivalent preferred.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving.
- Deep understanding of regulatory frameworks.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Adaptability to emerging technologies and regulatory changes.

The current salary range for this position is $90,000 to $200,000
