RESPONSIBILITIES:
This is an entry level internship position with potential for growth. The ideal candidate will be a proactive and detail-oriented team player. Excellent communication skills and proficiency with Microsoft Excel are required. The holder of this position (Intern) reports directly to those team members in the positions of Managing Consultant or Senior Consultant, who in turn, report to those team members in the position of Director of Solicitation, who in turn, report to the Senior Director of Solicitation and Issuer Services. The intern will perform the following functions:
- Assist in promptly and accurately execute noticing projects and prepare associated affidavits of service and exhibits and maintain related data.
- Assist in creating, importing and maintaining nominee data and service lists.
- Input, analyze, maintain, and monitor ballot data.
- Assist in managing databases of information collected from applicable parties.
- Assist in perform audits and quality assurance review of certain information.
- Coordinate and communicate effectively and professionally with counsel, advisors, creditors and their representatives, production (internal and external) and internal colleagues.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration (with a concentration in Accounting or Finance), Management (with a concentration in Accounting or Finance), Engineering (with a minimum of four Junior and/or Senior level courses in Accounting, Economics or Finance) or MBA from an accredited college or university.
- Graduation Date between December 2025 and September 2026
- GPA of 3.2
- Strong Excel & Microsoft Word skills
- Strong analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills, as well as strong verbal and written communication skills
- Attention to detail, ability to manage time and workflow & focus on quality work
- Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States without the need for visa sponsorship now or in the future

Salary range for this position is $25 - $35 USD/hr
