Kroll is seeking a Technical Implementation and Compliance Systems Specialist to support our Compliance Consulting teams in the implementation, configuration, and ongoing operation of compliance technology solutions, primarily focused on Greenboard and related internal initiatives.
This role will support client implementations, internal consulting workflows, and the translation of regulatory and business requirements into system configurations and technical requirements. The position sits at the intersection of compliance, technology, and operations and will work closely with consulting teams to ensure that compliance technology is used effectively, consistently, and in alignment with regulatory expectations across jurisdictions.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the end-to-end implementation of compliance technology solutions for clients, including system configuration, data setup, user training, troubleshooting, and post-implementation support.
- Develop and maintain internal documentation, including implementation guides, configuration standards, workflow documentation, and incident or exception reporting procedures.
- Translate regulatory requirements and consulting use cases into clear system configurations, workflows, and functional requirements.
- Assist in defining and documenting business and technical requirements for enhancements, new features, or internal technology initiatives related to compliance systems.
- Work closely with internal consulting teams to understand regulatory expectations and operational needs and reflect those accurately within the system.
- Coordinate and manage multiple implementations and support efforts simultaneously, prioritizing tasks and managing timelines effectively.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of internal processes related to compliance technology implementation and usage.
- Support the ongoing operation and maintenance of compliance systems, including user management, configuration updates, testing, and issue resolution.
Required Qualifications
- 4-year college degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 2–5 years of relevant technical experience.
- Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work U.S. East Coast business hours.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Experience with employee compliance or financial services compliance systems.
- Familiarity with personal trade reporting, conflicts of interest, gifts and entertainment, or similar regulatory compliance requirements.
- Experience defining business or functional requirements for software systems.
- Experience in creating or configuring workflow-based systems.
- Comfort working with data, including imports, exports, and basic transformations.
- Exposure to light technical work such as system configuration logic, APIs, or basic scripting is a plus.
