We are seeking an ambitious individual to join our Restructuring practice as a Manager of Commercial Operations in India. In this role, you will be responsible for all marketing and business development activities for the team in India. You will report to service line leadership in India and work closely with the local office’s management team, the broader Kroll Marketing team, and other service lines within Kroll.

Reporting to the Senior Business Development Manager, you will also work closely with the local office’s management team, the broader Kroll Marketing team and collaborate with other service lines in the Kroll business,
Key Roles and Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, monitor, and report on marketing and business development initiatives, providing support and guidance to ensure alignment with overall business goals.
- Collaborate with the research team to provide regular updates on potential new business opportunities, industry trends and developments.
- Prepare pitches, credential decks, and engagement letters, and maintain a record of pitches and case studies.
- Coordinate events, conferences, seminars, sponsorships and speaking engagements.
- Work with the marketing team to prepare and update marketing materials, website content, and presentations.
- Utilize Salesforce to manage marketing efforts and pipeline, including tracking leads, opportunities, and client interactions, generating reports to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns.
- Identify, develop and manage cross-service initiatives across the Kroll business, which may include working with other service line leaders to identify cross-selling opportunities and to ensure a structured approach to marketing campaigns, client targeting, pitching and events.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in marketing, business development, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in a professional services firm, preferably within a restructuring organization.
- Strong business sense and commercial acumen, with excellent analytical skills.
- Resourceful and proficient with technology (Salesforce, Eloqua, Workfront, conference tools).
- Independent and proactive with a positive "can-do" attitude.
- Highly motivated with the drive and enthusiasm to meet tight deadlines.
- Excellent negotiation skills, able to balance individual, group, and firm-wide needs, and effectively interface with various levels within the firm, including the Business Development team, professionals, administrative staff, and the broader Kroll marketing team.
- Proficient in written and spoken English, Cantonese, and Mandarin, with the ability to communicate effectively with senior management.
