As an Enterprise Team Specialist, you will support a highly skilled team of analysts and specialists. Your primary responsibility will be to assist in the delivery of escalated items from the second line, ensuring smooth operations across the Enterprise team. This role requires strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with others. Regular attendance in the office is required in line with business requirements.
Job Duties & Responsibilities;
- Assist in handling escalated items from the second line
Support the allocation of resources to reports in line with SME requirements
- Contribute to ensuring accuracy in alerts/reports before they are sent to the client
- Assist in handling enquiries from clients, team members, and Account Managers
- Provide support to the team in delivering required outputs
Participate in regular training and exposure to other relevant areas of the business
Support smooth operations across the Enterprise team
Qualifications & Education;
At least 2 years of experience in an intelligence environment, communications crisis management, or a related field
Experience of working within a 24/7, multi-national team is highly desirable
Current knowledge and expertise of the risks impacting brand reputation
Previous direct client-facing experience and customer management experience
Ability to analyze and manipulate large data sets to create meaningful reports
