Our Restructuring professionals serve as financial advisors to companies, financial sponsors, lenders, creditors and other interested parties in distressed situations across virtually every industry and every situation throughout the business life cycle.
As a Restructuring Analyst, you will be responsible for supporting the team with the day-to-day procedures involved in both Restructuring Advisory engagements and formal Insolvency appointments, such as Administrations and Liquidations. With training and support provided by more senior members of the team, the successful candidate will work on a range of assignments assisting distressed businesses, from undertaking financial analysis and supporting the drafting of independent business reviews to working on accelerated M&A processes, asset realisations and investigations and statutory credit reporting, all whist liaising with a wide range of stakeholders and ensuring working capital is managed effectively.
Study support will be included alongside your client-facing responsibilities, and you’ll be getting hands-on client experience from your first day.
