Lead and oversee the execution of buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence engagements for private equity, lender, and corporate clients. Take ownership of key deliverables and ensure high-quality outcomes across all phases of the engagement. Identify and articulate critical deal issues (e.g., quality of earnings, working capital, debt-like items, business risk and opportunities, SPA support) that may impact valuation, deal structure, or transaction viability. Guide and review the report-writing process, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and strategic insight. Advise clients on post-acquisition strategies to optimize earnings and cash flow performance. Collaborate with cross-functional teams across Kroll to apply robust project management principles and uphold quality assurance standards throughout the engagement lifecycle. Contribute to business development efforts, including client relationship management, proposal development, and thought leadership.
Experience: 6+ years in Transaction Advisory Services, Corporate Finance, or related financial disciplines, with a proven track record of leading complex engagements and managing client relationships. Leadership: Demonstrated ability to lead teams, mentor junior professionals, and foster a collaborative, high-performance culture. Strategic Thinking: Strong commercial acumen and ability to contribute to go-to-market strategies and business development initiatives. Communication: Exceptional interpersonal, presentation, and organizational skills. Technical Proficiency: Advanced skills in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); familiarity with financial modelling and data visualization tools is a plus.
