The Real Estate Advisory Group (REAG) within Kroll provides clients with expert advice across a range of property asset classes throughout the UK. We support a variety of client interests, from financing, secured lending, purchase price allocation (merger & acquisition support), to financial reporting, agency, due diligence and property restructuring.

Currently an opportunity exists to join our market leading valuation advisory team, providing advice to institutional and corporate stakeholders and property companies across Europe.

Navigating Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the preparation of valuation advice across both commercial and residential property in line with RICS Red Book requirements.
  • Performing local and national real estate market analysis using all accepted and relevant approaches and theory.
  • Drafting internal and external reports and presentation material for review by Senior Managers, Directors and Managing Directors.
  • Undertake property and market research.
  • Managing instruction timelines and ensuring deadlines.
  • Assist with any other tasks deemed necessary for the efficient running of the business.
  • Attending relevant industry events to broaden your knowledge and experience within the real estate industry.

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Qualified or a desire to work towards becoming MRICS qualified, an RICS Registered Valuer.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent oral and written communication skills (report writing and proofreading capabilities essential). Superior interpersonal, communication, marketing, sales and organizational skills.
  • Strong knowledge of real estate generally, including valuation principles.
  • Diligent, conscientious and highly motivated with the ability to work to a demanding schedule in an entrepreneurial environment.
  • Excellent research abilities.
  • Ability to make effective decisions by analyzing information and considering priorities.
  • Proficient in MS Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Demonstrated experience with managing of day to day aspects of client relationships and projects.
  • Valid driver’s license.
  • Language Skills: Fluency in English
