Our Restructuring professionals serve as financial advisors to companies, financial sponsors, lenders, creditors and other interested parties in distressed situations across virtually every industry and every situation.

As a junior member of the team, you will be responsible for supporting the team with the day-to-day procedures involved in the successful operation of the business of Kroll. You will be involved with the administration of Advisory engagements and prepare statutory documentation for a range of situations including but not limited to Administrations, Liquidations and Bankruptcies. With training and support provided by more senior members of the team, the successful candidate will undertake the initial financial analysis and support the drafting of reports and required outputs across the various engagements undertaken by Kroll.

Navigating Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily operations, ensuring deadlines are met and communicating progress.
  • Support administrative tasks for new engagements and client setups.
  • Assist with financial analysis and report drafting.
  • Communicate with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Build and maintain professional relationships.
  • Act as the first point of contact for key stakeholders.
  • Work with senior staff on high-level decision-making.
  • Conduct financial reviews and assist with investigatory reports.
  • Maximize returns to creditors by investigating companies' affairs.
  • Draft information memoranda and liaise on business/asset sales.
  • Prepare statutory documentation and correspondence.
  • Manage case administration in insolvency matters.
  • Visit clients' premises and liaise with their employees, agents, and solicitors.

Essential Traits:

  • Strong interpersonal, written and oral communication skills.
  • Relevant degree, achieving 2:1 or equivalent.
  • Ability to develop and drive relationships with individuals from all industries.
  • Ability to master new tasks and industries quickly.
  • Engaging personality.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and deal with ambiguity.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks, work on multiple assignments and manage rapidly changing assignments in a team environment.
  • Strong team player.
  • Strong organisational skills.
  • Strong analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.
  • Computer proficiency and ability to maximize applications such as Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
