We currently have an excellent opportunity for Manager II, Operations, who will play a critical role in driving financial governance, tactics, and process for outsourced back-office services (IT, HR, Finance, Marketing, Commercial). This position requires strong expertise in vendor billing, SLA, and performance data management and reporting for the newly established Vendor Management Office (VMO). Lead the finance activities of the VMO, ensuring our third-party vendor billing, SLAs, delivery and obligation process is accurate, efficient, and timely. Manage the process, tools, workflow, information governance, reporting, and guidelines that drive successful outcomes. Supervise the analyst that supports your tactics and deliverables and collaborate with internal and vendor stakeholders.

The day-to-day responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Drive the monthly vendor billing, SLA, CR’s, and D&O review, audit, adjustment, and approval processes.

  • Act as the key finance liaison between vendor and internal stakeholders for the core areas.

  • Validate billing, SLA, CR, and D&O information against plans, goals, and contract terms.

  • Support the escalation and dispute resolution processes.

  • Maintain accurate forecasting, variance analysis, history, and tracking.

  • Develop reports that support billing, CR, SLA, and D&O analysis.

  • Support contract guidelines, discussion, and compliance for financial terms.

  • Standardize templates, tools, workflows, and process.

  • Identify efficiency and automation opportunities.

  • Manage tasks and activities related to your responsibilities.

  • Supervise analysts responsible for data gathering, review, reporting, and documentation.

Requirements

  • 12+ years in internal Global Business Centers or BPO vendor back-office shared services with hands-on financial management responsibilities across multi-tower back-office services.

  • Strong financial analysis, variance tracking, and forecasting abilities.

  • Vendor billing and SLA management across process, delivery, and optimization activities.

  • Strong knowledge of contract financial and performance terms and compliance.

  • Advanced Excel skills (minimum: Pivot, formulas, LookUp, macros/VBA, reporting).

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (Business, finance, accounting, or related).
