We are seeking a highly experienced and technically proficient Senior Analyst to join our Oracle HCM team. This role is ideal for someone with 7+ years of hands-on experience in technical BAU operations, with deep expertise across Oracle HCM modules including ORC, Talent Management, Core HR, Journeys, OTBI, and Extracts. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting and enhancing our HCM platform, ensuring data integrity, and driving continuous improvement across HR systems and processes.

The day-to-day responsibilities include but not limited to:

  • End-to-End Technical Support for Oracle HCM modules including ORC (Recruitment Cloud), Talent Management, Core HR, Journeys, and OTBI.

  • Ownership of BAU Activities: Manage and resolve system issues, perform root cause analysis, and implement fixes or enhancements.

  • Extracts and Reporting: Build and maintain HCM Extracts, OTBI reports, and dashboards to support HR operations and analytics.

  • Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with HR, IT, and business teams to gather requirements, troubleshoot issues, and deliver solutions.

  • Process Automation: Identify opportunities to automate manual tasks and improve system efficiency.

  • Documentation and Knowledge Sharing: Maintain technical documentation, SOPs, and provide training/support to end users.

  • Change Management: Participate in release cycles, regression testing, and impact assessments for Oracle updates.

  • Data Governance: Ensure data accuracy, compliance, and alignment with organisational policies.

  • Mentorship and Leadership: Take ownership of people, mentor junior analysts, and contribute to team development.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 7 years of experience in technical BAU roles within Oracle HCM.

  • Proven expertise in Oracle HCM modules: ORC, Talent Management, Core HR, Journeys.

  • Strong hands-on experience with OTBI, BI Publisher, and HCM Extracts.

  • Solid understanding of HR processes including recruitment, onboarding, performance, and succession planning.

  • Experience with support ticketing systems, release management, and configuration queues.

  • Ability to own and drive initiatives, manage competing priorities, and deliver results under pressure.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

  • Experience working in global organisations with complex HR landscapes is preferred.

Desired Skills:

  • Oracle HCM Cloud Certification.

  • Experience with AI features in Oracle (e.g., goal writing, CV parsing).

  • Familiarity with third-party integrations (e.g., Interview Stream, ServiceNow).

  • Exposure to job architecture and workforce planning initiatives
