RESPONSIBILITIES:
Set up new bond and loan transactions
- Operate and manage initial drawdown of loan facilities
- Operate and manage loan rollovers and other scheduled deal activities
Execute ad‑hoc and unscheduled payments of principal, interest and coupons
Perform security‑related duties and client reporting
Liaise with clients and service providers
Support other ad‑hoc tasks as required
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business or related discipline.
- 2-5 years of relevant post‑graduation professional experience in finance, banking or related transactional roles.
- Experience in corporate, commercial, debt financing or analytical corporate finance work across financial institutions, NBFIs, corporates or private practice.
- Working knowledge of APLMA/public debt finance documentation, due diligence processes and general AML requirements.
- Proactive mindset, strong initiative and a dedicated team player.
Excellent written and spoken English; Chinese language skills advantageous
Familiarity with Loan IQ, Bloomberg, Refinitiv and/or WSO advantageous
