Your Role as a Transfer Pricing Intern
This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in international consulting within a highly relevant and dynamic field. You will be an integral member of our client service teams, working on diverse assignments related to the planning, compliance, and defense of multinational enterprises' intercompany transactions.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Conducting Economic Analysis: Assisting project teams by utilizing specialist financial databases to perform crucial economic and financial analyses relevant to intercompany pricing.
- Developing Client Deliverables: Participating actively in the preparation of comprehensive reports and presentations that communicate complex analyses clearly to clients.
- Client Interaction Support: Collaborating with the project team to prepare for client interviews, potentially attending interviews, and managing related follow-up tasks.
- Issue Identification & Problem Solving: Working alongside experienced colleagues to identify potential transfer pricing issues arising from intercompany transactions and contributing to the development of practical, compliant solutions.
- Supporting Firm Initiatives: Assisting with various tasks related to the broader business needs of the Firm as assigned by your supervisors.
Internship Details:
- Work Location: Kroll Hanoi Office, Vietnam
- On-boarding Date: Expected Mid-June 2025
- Internship Duration: Approximately 2-3 months (e.g., Mid-June to Mid-August/September 2025)

Who We're Looking For (Requirements):
- Academic Background: Final-year university student or graduates with a degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related fields (e.g., Auditing, Corporate Finance, Mathematical Economics, International Trade). A strong understanding of accounting principles, finance concepts, financial ratios, and financial statements is expected.
- Experience: Fresh graduates or candidates of relevant working experience are welcome.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook) is essential.
- Language Proficiency: Excellent command of both spoken and written English is required.
