Our Fixed Asset Advisory Services (FAAS) practice provides fixed asset inventory reconciliation, management and property insurance appraisals. We are seeking a candidate to help us expand our footprint and augment our client base.

 

Day-to-day responsibilities: 

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities for the FAAS team.
  • Build and maintain relationships with potential clients, understanding their needs and proposing tailored solutions.
  • Research and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to develop strategic business plans.
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to create effective strategies for client acquisition and retention.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, pitches, and proposals to prospective clients.
  • Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts to close deals and achieve revenue targets.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and satisfaction.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to expand the business network.
  • Provide regular reports and updates on sales activities, pipeline, and market insights to management.
  • Continuously strive to enhance product knowledge, industry expertise, and sales techniques to drive business growth. 

 

Essential traits: 

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related field. MBA or other relevant certifications are a plus.
  • Proven track record of success in business development or sales within the financial services industry is a plus.
  • Strong analytical skills to assess market opportunities and create effective business strategies.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills to engage and influence potential clients.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
  • Experience in negotiating and closing complex deals, meeting or exceeding sales targets is a plus.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other sales-related tools for pipeline management and reporting is a plus.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently as well as part of a diverse team.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to meet clients or attend industry events. 
  • Proficient MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint abilities
  • Excellent analytical, organization and project management skills
  • Ability and willingness to handle additional hours as needed to comply with client requests
  • Proficiency in spoken and written English

The current salary range for this position is $60,000 to $125,000
