The Senior Practice Specialist, Data Insights and Forensics will join our Corporate Legal Solutions team and play a role in supporting the operational needs of our clients. This is an important role in a fast-paced, professional and collaborative organization. The ideal candidate will be comfortable interacting with management and working closely across our large team to drive efficiency and achieve results. A commitment to excellence, attention to detail and enthusiasm for taking on new challenges are critical to success in the role.

Day-to Day Responsibilities:

  • Oversee operational processes across ~120 active CLS codes, ensuring accuracy and compliance.

  • Coordinate legal reviews for MSAs, SOWs, and engagement documents.

  • Partner with RFP team on client assessments, infosec questionnaires, and inquiries.

  • Manage client and engagement setup, including code creation, task/resource allocation, and subcontractor onboarding.

  • Develop and maintain financial metrics; monitor budgets, fees, and monthly invoicing.

  • Collaborate with PMs, MDs, and clients on AR management and collection efforts to maintain clean books.

  • Process monthly gains/losses and support pre-close/final close activities.

  • Assist with resource scheduling and revenue forecasting; monitor time submissions for accuracy and timeliness.

  • Generate and review reports on time submissions and weekly revenue; request monthly invoices from finance.

  • Successful candidates are detail-oriented, efficient, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment

Essential Traits:

  • Well-developed skills in MS Office, including Excel and Word

  • Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills

  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience

  • Prior experience at a professional services firm, preferred

The current salary range for this position is $70,000 to $150,000
